to heelflip you need to put your left foot on the nose of your skateboard. put your right foot in the midel of the board. ollie backwards and turn your body so the board comes with you. just do that until you land it.

to do an 180you need to know how to buny hop. when you learn how to buny hop you need to know what foot is in front. if your right foot is in front turn your head left. your body will follow your head. youll allso need to learn how to fakie out of the 180.

to kickflip you need to your left foot in the ollie position while your right foot is on the side angled on the side. start out like an ollie but before you pull your foot up flik your foot off the board. if you keep trying this after a while you can do a kickflip. the best thing to do is try landing them up side down so you get the feal for it.
